The Drew County Sheriff's Department arrested Joseph Noel, age 18 of Monticello, for theft of property and residential burglary. Noel is believed to have broken into the residence of a Drew County man that has been away on a job and stole a washer and dryer.

Noel's bond was set at $15,000. He remains in the Drew County Detention Facility as of October 7th.

The washer and dryer has been recovered by deputies.
