On July 29, Drew County deputies responded to a call on Bowser Road. When they arrived at the scene, Jennifer, age 24, reported that Eric Coon, who also resided at the residence, had kicked her approximately 15 times and had threatened to stab her with a knife.

Coon was arrested and placed in the Drew County Detention Facility on a $10,000. He has since bonded out.
