A former Drew County resident has been arrested for theft of firearms and other items from the Green Hill area.

Michael Berryman, 30, of Saline County, has been charged with residential burglary, theft of property, theft of a firearm and breaking or entering, according to the Drew County Sheriff’s Office.

Most of the property, which includes firearms, tools and jewelry, has been located at pawn shops in Warren and Star City where it was confirmed that the property was pawned by Berryman.

“Some property has not been claimed or reported stolen at this time but if you do notice anything missing from you yard or inside your house please contact the Drew County Sheriff’s Office.
