Cynthia M. Williams, age 38 of Warren, was issued a citation by the Drew County Sheriff’s Department for criminal mischief after she was seen allegedly trying to break into the residence of Elmer Paris of Collins-Main Street in the Collins community with a screw driver. A witness told a deputy that when he asked Williams what she was doing, she told him she was tightening the dead bolt on one of the doors.
