The Monticello Fire Department and Drew County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a mobile home fire at 163 Harris Road near Lake Monticello at approximately 3:00 AM the morning of Sunday, July 22nd. According to the 911 caller, no one appeared to be home. The home and its contents were a total loss. The cause of the fire is being investigated at this time.
