Web site Welcome

04/10/2009

Welcome to the Drew County Sheriff's Office Web site. We would like to think that this site will benefit the community by releasing information in a timely manner. You will find that we have an easily navigable Web site.

The following is a basic overview of the site. The Home link at the top of this page will take you back to the homepage. Since you are reading this article, you clicked on Press Release. This is the page that will post all of our newsworthy stories. The Most Wanted page will list outstanding warrants. The last link across the top is Contact Us. Clicking this link will allow you to email the Sheriff's Office.

Down the left side of the page you will see buttons that will take you to pages that will introduce you to those who serve the Sheriff's Office (Administration, CID, Jail, Patrol, and Support Service), as well as other services that we provide. The Crime Stoppers page will list open cases that we need your help solving. Anonymous tips can be emailed to us or you may call our office. The Emergency Alert and Environmental Hazard page gives you access to information about our Response and Recovery plan in case of a disaster, as well as other useful links. Frequently Asked Questions gives answers to some of the questions that are asked most often by community members. On the Hot Cases page you can take a look at cases that were recently solved but involved multiple victims or multiple felony/misdemeanor counts.

We have something for the children also. Kid's Corner provides links to Web sites targeted towards children and their parents, such as D.A.R.E. and the Awesome Library. These sites will be beneficial when your children want to play online and they have already been screened for your protection.

Other links on the page include Most Wanted Fugitives and Sex Offenders for Drew County. These pages will be updated regularly for you information and protection. We do hope that you enjoy our Web site.

Any questions or suggestions can be emailed to us by clicking Contact Us or by calling us at 870-367-6211. If you see any information on our site that is incorrect please contact Amanda Moore or Ked Donham by going to the Administration page, then click on our names under the Additional Information section. This will allow you to send an email directly to us.

Our goal with this site is to give us one more way to serve you better. Again we thank you for supporting this Office and those who serve you.
