On the evening of February 6, a Drew County Sheriff Deputy was asked to meet a subject at Nichols Wrecking Yard in reference to a stolen boat. Brian K. Parker, 42 of Monticello, allegedly had stolen a boat from the yard of a Ladelle residence and then sold the boat as scrap metal to the wrecking yard. This incident is currently being investigated by the Drew County Sheriff’s Department and more details will be release when completed.
